Liz Rachelle is a talented artist in many forms. She is the founder and CEO of Glorious Image Productions; a production company that is dedicated to bringing the power and presence of God back into the entertainment industry by creating productions that reflects His Glorious Image! She also desires to uplift inspiring artists through every aspect of the business. “I believe in dreams. And in order to become successful in this industry you must have self-confidence mixed with strong positive beliefs smothered with humility and good character. Born Elizabeth Rachelle Earnest, Liz is a native Houstonian who discovered her many talents in the area of visual and performing arts as a little girl while attending private school. These talents were enhanced with her many opportunities to perform in poetic recitals, dramatic presentations, visual art competitions, and singing competitions.

At the early age of 9, Liz began to expand her horizons by organizing the gospel group (Immanuel) along with her two sisters. Being in existence since 1991, Immanuel has opened for many well renowned gospel artists such as: Shirley Caesar, Mighty Clouds of Joy, Yolanda Adams, Rance Allen and many more. Throughout their career they have been honored to receive tremendous awards and exposure for their remarkable talent: The Sammy Davis Jr. Award, Vision Production Award, Proclamation from the City of Houston, and have made appearances on several television and radio talk shows.

While having a successful singing career at an early age, Liz also stayed busy in extra-curricular activities during her high school years; she was a member of the Debate Team, Art Club, Junior Achievement, Choir, and of course, the Drama Club. In 1999 she graduated from M.B. Smiley High School in the top 15 percentile and pursued her education at the University of Houston Downtown where she majored in Business Administration.

For the last fifteen years she has astounded audiences with her talents of singing, acting, and dancing. Liz is also well known for her ability to take a script and memorize it in one day, and has amazed many directors with this gift. She has performed in over 40 theatrical plays, musicals, and productions across the United States. Liz has appeared in August Wilson’s “Piano Lesson” and “Fences”; Thomas Meloncon’s “Jump the Broom”; Harold J. Haynes’ “Jezebel” (Encore Theatre); “Church Folk” director/writer: Professor Robert Sims; “Christmas is Coming Uptown” director: Eileen Morris (Ensemble Theatre); “Motown and More Revue” producers: Shirley and Clarence Whitmore and Sam Jackson, “Sins of the Father”, director/writer: Cheryl Ames; “Romeo & Juliet”, “Ducktails & Bobbysox” director: Barbara Sack; “Get Ready”, “There’s One in Every Family”, and many more. She has also performed in Manhattan, New York in the hit stage plays “He Is” director/writer: Dana Joseph, and “Emancipation” director/writer: Lea and Eric Jones. Her film credits include “The Player’s Manuel”, “Queen Pen”, and “SHINE” a short film in which she co-produced.. Liz has been blessed to grace the stage with various artists such as: actor, Clifton Powell(Ray, Next Friday); actor, Khalil Kain(Girlfriends, For Colored Girls); singer, Shirley Murdock(R&B sensation); musician, Ray Chew(Apollo Theater); renowned Broadway choreographer, Padro Harris(Raisin in the Sun), and many more. As an artist she has also explored her gifts of writing, producing, and directing. In 2008 Liz successfully produced her first stage play “The Christmas Encounter”, and has recently produced the epic drama “It is Finished”, which has attracted over 1,000 patrons. With a cast of over 70 members, It is Finished is an interactive production that takes you through the journey and life of Jesus while He walked on earth.

Liz has also been privileged to work with the NAACP ACT-SO (Afro Cultural Technological- Scientific Olympics) program. For three years she competed in the nation-wide high school competition where she was awarded silver and gold medalist (1998-1999) for contemporary vocal. She is among thousands of people who were given the opportunity to develop their artistic talents and gifts through this program. Since 2004 Liz has served on the ACT-SO Board as a production staff member, competition judge, and musical assistant. Along with these achievements, Liz holds the title of Miss. Juneteenth of Texas 1999 awarded by the NEA (National Emancipation Association); and was awarded Miss. Congeniality in the 2005 Miss. America Scholarship Pageant. She is also the worship arts director of Free Indeed Church International where she oversees several members. Liz is a remarkable young woman that won’t stop until her purpose has been fulfilled. Her life, ministry, and career stands on the powerful message of Luke 4:18-19 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
